Interview / Majlis session

Join us for an informal majlis — coffee, dates and a conversation so we get to know one another.

Onboarding

Settle your fees, collect your member card and enjoy a guided tour of every facility on day one.

Are membership fees refundable? expand_more
Membership fees are non-refundable once your tier is activated. If you withdraw your application before onboarding is completed, any amount paid is fully refunded.
Can I freeze my membership? expand_more
Yes. Members may freeze their membership for up to three months per year — useful for travel or extended absence. Your renewal date is extended by the frozen period at no extra cost.
What is the guest policy? expand_more
Each tier includes a monthly allowance of guest passes (from 1 to 12). Guests must be accompanied by the member and signed in at reception. Additional passes can be purchased at member rates.
Can I upgrade my tier? expand_more
Absolutely. You can upgrade at any time and only pay the prorated difference for the remainder of your membership year. Speak to our membership team to arrange it.
